Prices: costplusdrugs.com catalog, captured July 7, 2026; they exclude the flat $5 pharmacy fee and $5.25 shipping. Federal benchmark: NADAC (National Average Drug Acquisition Cost — CMS's weekly survey of what US pharmacies pay per unit), as of 07/08/2026, joined by NDC code at exact strength + form; the comparison view shows the 342 drugs with clean package math, and extreme ratios are held back pending row-level review. Blue = price checked against an independent source (the 12-drug Markup Index or NADAC); gray = only Cost Plus's own listed retail exists so far. Full rules on the methodology page.
The real version re-checks all 1,032 prices against every weekly NADAC file — built and run by Letter Leverage.
